Outline a marketing plan – We develop print and use internet marketing materials to emphasize all the positives, yet not ignore the negatives. Our “home books” need to include information about property tax, home owner fees, average utility cost, age of roof, other development in the neighborhood, etc. The more information we provide prospective buyers the better.

Determine price and the estimate of net – We usually develop information about comparable “sold homes” in your neighborhood before our first visit. After learning about the features and condition of your home we will help you arrive at a sales price. We look at the expenses involved in sale and arrive at your estimated “net proceeds” from the sale.

Explain the forms and procedures – Welcome to the world of paperwork! Several of the forms and procedures are required by law and are written by attorneys to inform and protect consumers. We will walk you through the whole process and make sure you understand what you are signing.
